It’s a good app for smart home, it is considerably better than other apps for remote control, like the Philips apps, etc. It gets stuck from time to time and when you have more than one device using the same profile on smart things, it gets confused. I still recommend it, though cause we are still some time away from smooth smart life and homes and this is one of the better ones.

I bought Samsung MIM-H04N with the idea to control my temperature automatically on my heat pump Samsung (AE120AXEDEH/EU AE160ANYDEH/EU) I can control the unit DHW/Zone temperature, I can turn off/on the unit.. I can set schedule for turn on/off the system BUT when I want to create a schedule, lets say from 22:00 to 06:00 my zone to work on 40degrees Celsius and from 06:00 to 22:00 to change automatically to 35 degrees that is not possible, I do not get these options in the app I can only turn on off or change from heat to cold. OR when the temperature outside change below 5 degrees Celsius or up I want the device automatically to set the temperature to my setup. I hope soon il be able to use that future it will reduce my energy bills!

Old app will be stopped soon. The only reason to install new one is because I’m using my phone from time to time as RC. But, this app requires too much personal information. For example to start using it you should enable BT and WIFI, then you have to register your email and then to confirm it through SMS, using a valid phone number. Why my BT and WiFi connectivity is not enough? Why my email is not enough? This is not cool. There should be a choise. Please add optional registration
