Description
Urbo allows easy parking reservation in the paid parking zones (green and blue) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This app allows payment with a bank card.
Users can pay to up 4 hours and will be notified when their parking time is about to expire.
Urbo will also mark the location of your car on the map, so you can easily find it when you get back.

The app is good but there should exist the possibility to start the timing in advance, i.e. of there is half an hour left till the start of the working time of the zone, I need to be able to prestart it and not wait in the car.
Charged for nothing. No refund.
Update:
A refund was made to my credit card so the issue got resolved. But it could happen again and you should get to support and provide credit card bill and then wait for it to be resolved with their payment system.
Original review:
When I tried to pay for Blue zone, the app glitched, charged my credit card, but I didn’t get my parking time. The app says transaction unsuccessful but my credit card bill says I paid for it. So I had to pay again for the same hour. No refund possible. Unreliable payments system. Better use SMS to pay for Blue or Green Zone. It’s much more reliable and once you get charged, you actually got the thing you paid for. Conclusion: avoid this app.
Great app, would love some improvements
I like using the app, but would love to be able to pay in advance (I.e. it’s Friday night and I’d like to be able to pre-paid the first 3 hours of Saturday). Also paying for less than one hour would be great.
