Bad Service
It took the application 45 mins to approve my KYC and then took 12 hours to reject my application. Also, customer service is really bad, I called several times and then request an auto call back, they called me after 10 hours!!!!!!. I have no problem with such slow bad service which we are used too in the region, but please to market that you are super spreed app if you are not. The excuse was that if you have an account with NBB then your service will be approved in 6mins. I still don’t understand the logic my only NBB. If the is the case, I will use NBB app and I know at least in advance, that the application will be processed within one week. One thing I really hate, is misleading clients. Even the response on the reviews are so standard and don’t even address the problem. I would really suggest to close this app

Dangerous
in the beginning, it is fast such as uploading your CPR + with other information. Taking loan it is also fast such as uploading your bank statement. In other words they have your cpr details and bank account details. After you log in the next day, network is lost hehehe, network is lost, after 24hours still network is lost hehehehe. The bad part they already took your personal details...
