It’s not open
Last few days I try to open my AUB application but unfortunately it is not open, error notification showing. How can i solve this issue???
Too many crashes
It will work for a couple of days and then constantly crashes for a whole day… and repeat that cycle. The authentication is extremely slow. Otherwise the app has what you need for basic banking. Lots of room for improvements.
Bad service
Worst customer care service ever! You have to keep waiting for more than 15minutes to connect with customer care center and they doesn’t give customer service they doesn’t care about the customer support! AUB mobile application is worst and not user friendly as well.
