I have an complain for a simple thing and it’s been a more than a 3 months still not resolved from a customer service like no one care they supposed to be more responsible . They had to find a solution get back to the customer regarding update but in my case worst experience

Unreliable, buggy and overall UX is unrefined. I was trying to create a KSA beneficiary and it kept giving me ‘internal server error’. I must have tried 10 times going through all the information entry only to get this error repeatedly. I later found out they had temporarily suspended KSA transfers! Why didn’t the app stop me each time I selected KSA as beneficiary country?? Why did it make me go through all the painful entry? And what sense does ‘internal server error’ make. This points to very poor UX quality standards and release control. Also, the BFC app locks each time you swap to another screen to look up or copy an IBAN. Simply ridiculous in the name of ‘security’.

For month & am struggling to transfer money. For months I had to visit your office to do so. I never forget recently when I was trying to transfer abroad, almost BD 400 was withdrawn from my account without doing what I wanted to do. That was very bad experience.

The BFC has so many nice feature , but its most Unreliable on Emergencies situation ,On holiday the app crashes and doesn’t work untill the holiday is over , it’s a financial app you can’t keep money in the wallet like a ransom untill the holidays over , u don’t inform if it’s scheduled maintenance or due to work from home u can’t make it work , second this is the app issue In STC money in wallet is equal to money In the card here Unless we shift the money form the wallet to her card we can’t use it .. and if app is not working then good luck you just Locke the money untill week end is over
