I’ve been using Balance for almost a year, and it has become one of the few tools that actually help me stay centered during one of the most challenging moments of my life. I deal with ADHD, and recently my family has been going through serious health issues and even with all the chaos, this app has been a quiet, steady place where I can breathe again.Balance helps me organize my mind, regulate my emotions, and start my mornings with clarity. On days when I meditate with it, I can focus better, be more productive, and reconnect with myself. And at night, the sleep sessions help me calm down and finally rest.I’m not perfect at using it every day, but every time I come back to it, I feel real progress little by little. It’s becoming part of my routine, and I’m truly grateful for that.Thank you to the team behind Balance for creating something that doesn’t just guide meditation it genuinely supports people who are going through tough times.
