URGENT improvement suggestion

To the design team, as a daily user, I really advise you to make a change in the alarm system. First because it’s abrupt, it has no fade in or an intelligent sound “growing” for the user to wake up gently from the sleep. I found really annoying when I woke up yesterday, the sound is loud and not gentle at all, and because the sonar uses a preset volume I’m not able to change the alarm volume to my taste whatsoever. Because of that I wake up in not a good mood caused by a poor alarm design system.

If you are getting a SleepScore of 0, your audio might have been in use with another source, which could interrupt the sonar technology used within the SleepScore app. If this is the issue, you can solve it by disconnecting all Bluetooth devices and quit any apps running audio before you begin tracking. If you are still experiencing the app not starting tracking, please reach out to our customer support team at Support@SleepScoreLabs.com and one of our specialists will be more than happy to assist you.
