SimpliMove offers a broad suite of customizable and achievable programs to help you safely build your strength and balance. The app accommodates your pain and abilities and will help you move in the right way so you can do the things you love to do.
The app is free to download and offers an in-app upgrade that provides unlimited access to all programs, full app functionality, a 30 - minute telehealth consultation with a health clinician, articles and advice.
The co-founders, Deborah Hunter and Professor Sandra Hunter are clinicians and scientific experts in their health fields of physiotherapy and exercise physiology. They possess in-depth understanding, knowledge and experience to help people maintain strength and independence beyond everyday pain, niggles and discomfort.

WHO IS THIS APP MADE FOR?
SimpliMove is tailored to fitness needs for adults who are 40 years and older. Programs offered by the app have been developed to:
• Improve your fitness and strength. The app provides programs and advice that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity, balance, and vitality
• Moderate your pain so you can keep moving. The app automatically modifies programs to accommodate your areas of pain that you identify including areas such as knees, shoulders and/or backs.
• Build your capacity so you can perform tasks and activities and protect against injury. The app provides exercise programs aimed to improve task-specific strength and protect against injury during activities that are meaningful and relevant to you including gardening, travelling. Injury prevention programs are also offered that are specific to industries such as age-care and traditional office occupations.
• Help lower chronic disease risks. The app offers achievable exercise programs, advice and support to help with exercise for individuals that are at risks of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, osteoporosis, or osteoarthritis.
