Overall very poor app
One of the most difficult apps to use in the sense that it keeps crashing. It locks you out frequently meaning you have to keep re entering account details. Paying online is pointless as the helpline assistance cannot do anything to help you reconnect meaning you have to go to the actual shop which defies the whole point. Overall, very poor app. Haven’t successfully used a single feature on it.
Data!!!
It doesn’t make sense for this app to have the feature for buying data when it doesn’t work without data. Pretty much redundant.
