Really life changing!

Thank you soooooo much Russ! This accompanying app (to the book by the same name) is *exactly* the type of concrete tool I needed to help bring the ACT process/tools/perspective on life from “oh this is interesting, yeah i totally get how this stuff works (yet solely on a purely intellectual level)” to a lived, embodied non-conceptual understanding of how it works <3. So yeah holy cow it’s so appreciated!

Vraiment bien !

C’est vraiment une excellente application, qui nous aide au quotidien à faire face aux difficultés et obstacles de la vie. Via de petits exercices, des questionnements, cela nous amène à agir en cohérence avec nos valeurs profondes et surtout arrêter le flot des pensées incessantes.
Je le conseille a toute personne pour aider à gérer le stress et l’anxiété. Je conseille aussi de lire les ouvrages de Russ Harris sur la thérapie et les techniques ACT.
