If you are an Alberta Blue Cross plan member you can use this app to view your claim and benefit information and
• Submit claims, if your plan allows this, and upload receipts if requested
• Check to see if a claim you recently submitted has been received and processed
• Find out important information about your benefits, including
• Plan rules
• Next eligibility for product or service (such as dental check up or glasses)
• What has been used to date
• Arrange for off-line access to your ID card, and
• View emergency contact information and claiming tips for use when traveling out of province.
Just sign in using a login ID and password that you create during registration. Not registered yet? Simply visit www.ab.bluecross.ca and click on the Sign in button to navigate to the member web site where you can register for access to all our web services.

Can’t get beyond the password entry page for registration. The app automatically filled on a password on the first line which can’t be changed or deleted. Can’t access the password confirmation line at all. Gave up after three tries. Using iOS.
Password doesnt work in app
Then when I click the request mobile site it works. I’m guessing it’s the password length that’s not allowed in app, please fix.
Also, in mobile site when I look at a claim and go back I have to refresh the site to click another claim.
As for these claims spread out it would be far easier to see a history vs the “paper copy” so a client can better filter their claims. . . That is unless it’s made purposefully hard.
