Refreshed App Store screenshots so you can see the dashboard, your providers, reminders and reports right up front. Plus the usual under-the-hood polish and stability improvements. Thanks for using BillMaple!

The home screen scrolls now. The dashboard was a fixed layout: the monthly summary and the two widgets were pinned in place, and only the bill list moved, inside its own small scrolling area. On shorter screens that squeezed Upcoming Payments down to a stub, and the inner scroll competed with the page for your swipe. Now the whole page scrolls under the header, and the bill list grows with your bills instead of being boxed into whatever space was left over.

The monthly summary now reads at a glance. The donut chart split the card in two and buried your total inside the ring. It is a single progress bar now: the amount you have paid sits directly above it, the percentage paid directly below, and the total billed underneath — one column you read top to bottom instead of two halves you have to compare. Also fixed: after switching languages, the off-peak timer could keep showing the previous one until it refreshed a minute later.

Minor stability improvements.

No more duplicate bills. Scanning a bill you already had could add it a second time — even one you had already paid. BillMaple now recognizes it and tells you, instead of creating a duplicate you have to clean up later. A bill is now matched by provider and due date, so a total that OCR reads slightly differently off the same paper no longer slips past the check. And if a scan turns out to be from a month already closed, BillMaple says so before adding it.

Pay now, fewer taps. Tapping Pay now used to drop you on your provider's home page, where you still had to hunt for the sign-in link. It now opens their sign-in page directly — Enbridge, Hydro One, Toronto Hydro, Bell, Rogers, Fido, Telus and every other provider BillMaple knows. BillMaple is also now listed in both English and French on the App Store.
