Aliments

Has potential but…

This app has a lot of potential, but one big flaw that has me knocking 2 stars: the fact that it asks you about weight. Eating disorders aren’t weight disorders! I can understand that for some people gaining weight is part of recovery but the person with the ed shouldn’t be the one tracking it.
I also knocked one star for having food diary as the first thing you see when you open the app. I would rather see the resources or goals section first, it would make it much more recovery focused.

All in all not a bad app but it still needs work. I’m not deleting it the hope that updates will make it more recovery-friendly, but I’m also not going to be using it at the moment.

Good

It’s a good app. I enjoy the clean format. For those wondering you can put the weight by tapping the little settings icon. One thing I don’t like is that some things are in French even though Je parle Anglaise most of the time.
