App doesn’t locate well
As soon as I installed the app it chose a close-by address but not my EXACT address. Doesn’t allow me to change the home address to what it should be. This no doubt will cause issues. Will call instead. Please fix this. UPDATE: They fixed the issue a day or so later. Very good.
Far underestimates the fare prior to booking
I used this app during a 2X Uber surge pricing time. This app estimated my ~ 18 minute ride would be $14 less than the Uber, so I took it. We did not encounter any heavy traffic during my taxi ride. We arrived at my destination and the base fee was $10 more than the estimate. It wasn’t the driver’s fault so I kept the default tipping option which came up to $3. All included this was the same price as the Uber on a rare 2X surge. Not impressed.
App issues
Your kind driver first did not have my destination address, then did not know that I had paid on line before the trip
