Really amazing rideshare app
I am saving lots of money
app not working well and poor support
Very Poor app. I created a ride 3 times, I can’t see it, even through web portal.
But riders can see it. Customer service is not responding to me in the chat and the email.
Very poor experience.
Feature
The app requires car details for drivers. Where as other popular apps for carpooling keeps this as an option. I usually rent the car fro carpooling so how do i enter details of it on the app. They should have kept optional.
