The new Carrier Home app features a contemporary look and feel that allows homeowners to control their Infinity system remotely.
The app features an enhanced homeowner experience, improved functionality and increased connectivity performance between the mobile device and their Infinity home comfort system. In addition, homeowners will be able to learn more about the air quality around their home, including a snapshot of various pollutants levels and the Air Quality Index in the atmosphere near them.
We update the app regularly to introduce new features and enhancements and look forward to your feedback.

I cannot find out how to change the display to C! F does not help in Canada.
Thermostat turned off while away
Thermostat turned off. No sign of power outage from neighbour. No circuit blown.
Tried to connect and turn on heat after week long vacation. Come home to thermostat off and won’t turn on. Of course your help center is only open Monday to Friday until 5pm
Consistently offline
The my infinity app was much better. Installed once and always online.
Every single time I go to use this app, it is showing system hasn’t connected to wifi.
There is
No easy way to do it.
Please do something about it or
Bring back the my infinity app.
