Pro Mode is an optional subscription that offers more Journals, Assessments, Guides, Insights, Customized Emotions, Extra Notifications, Export, Data Sync, Passcode Protection, and Discover features. Pro Mode is offered in two auto-renewing subscription options: monthly or yearly.

Pricing may vary depending on the country. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. 24 hours before the end of the monthly subscription period, the renewal fee will be automatically charged and the subscription renewed unless auto-renew is turned off beforehand. Great App

This app is amazing, it allows you to write down any feeling or negative thought you’re having and elaborate on it allowing your brain to accept the thought and then challenge it with a positive thought, it’s nice to look back on different entries and see how you’ve overcome and become aware of negative thinking! 100% recommend!

Pricing model.

Great app, but I really wish the developer would consider creating an up front cost as opposed to a yearly membership. 40$ is steep people.
Another example of money being more important than supporting/assisting people.

Great daily journal

Even though I didn’t purchase any additional features, the free version is enough to encourage me to journal daily for about 2 minutes. Which is enough time to reflect on my day and practice gratitude.
