Good app. Poor customer support
I purchased the pro version and had to download it separately on my IPAD and IPhone. The app doesn’t sync between these devices and I am not sure if it is supposed to do this or if I have set something up incorrectly - there is a sync option in the app. 3-days ago I reached out via contact us button in app to ask how to sync between devices or if this is even possible. I have not heard anything back.
Changing my life!
I have CPTSD and have struggled with unhealthy thinking patterns and unwanted emotional reactions. I couldn’t trust my own feelings because I didn’t know where they were coming from (current situation or something from a past trauma). This app has honestly changed my life in less than two weeks. It started changing my quality of life the first time I used it. I am learning so much about my thoughts and feelings and I’m learning how to reframe things into more productive and healthy ways.
