This app is amazing, it allows you to write down any feeling or negative thought you’re having and elaborate on it allowing your brain to accept the thought and then challenge it with a positive thought, it’s nice to look back on different entries and see how you’ve overcome and become aware of negative thinking! 100% recommend!
