What’s the point of the app if I’m just going to pay online??
It’s stupid that there is no option to rent or buy WITHIN the app itself!! What’s the point of telling me to “download the Cineplex Store App!” only to receive “Grab the best deals on our website and earn SCENE points. Then watch anytime, anywhere from the app.” Download the app, but then go online to select and purchase your movie. Using the app solely for the purpose of watching the movie is ridiculous. And the fact that there is no search function?! Why bother with this app at all?!
Can’t Log In
I’ve been sporadically trying to log into my account for over a month, and every time I get an error code. I understand there can be bugs in an app, but from reading other reviews, this is a very common problem. This app is completely broken, and should not be downloaded by anybody until it has been fixed.
Glitchy is an understatement
Only works 50% of the time - purchase or rental. Takes your money or Scene points immediately but when go from the website to your app and click My Library and press play... nothing happens except a pop up error message: The operation could not be completed. I want my Scene points back.
