App Not Funtioning
This new app is not functioning with the latest version of iOS. It does not allow log-in info to be accepted and all the channels are “greyed” out. The app is not functioning in all my devices with the latest iOS. Calling TELUS to report the problem and seek technical support has been a daunting task…No one seems to know what the problem is and tech support personnel have not used the app to support their customers. Please address the issue at your earliest possible. Thank you!

There may be an issue logging in with your TV Provider and to resolve please open the settings app on your device. Tap TV Provider, select sign out and confirm. Go back to the TELUS TV+ App and log in selecting "do not allow" when prompted during login. If this does not resolve your issue and you are using the correct My TELUS login, please reach out to our Technical Team at telus.com/support through our chat option or at 1-888-811-2323 so they can investigate.
Optik tv app
Very unreliable app!! Log in issues ,freezes or does some kinda of time out! For a huge company this is a very lame app!!
Can’t log in
The site talks about all the improvements and I can’t log in through my Apple phone or iPads. I am using my MYtelus sign info as well but it doesn’t work. And I have searched high and low to find a fix - including deleting the app and reloading it a few times. But nothing works. Not much of a benefit if you can’t access it.
