Using the app I was told by Telus i needed a booster. Never had wifi problems in the past with same everything. Was going to cost $175 for installation and $10 per month for the booster. Found out later I can simply by a booster for far less

It broke my home phone

Peepcam
While on the phone with Telus support I was told to download this app. After I ran it my home phone disconnected from the wifi. I ran it again and again and then it told me to run it with my phone beside the modem. This seemed to get the phone working again but in the meantime the support person tried calling me again then sent me a text saying they would not be calling back.This is really disappointing. They should have seen on their end that my phone was not operational and my digital box was not connecting to the internet.Time to shop for another provider I think.
