Why do the forums open in a browser with unauthenticated sessions?
Why does the loading indicator spin off centre? Or three different loading indicators to load a simple web page?
Why am I always logged out?
Why does autofilling in 2FA code skip a digit?
Why does the login reject valid emails with newer TLD domains?

The app is horrible! Edit the app is garbage!
Recently jump PM and the app is horrible. I opened the app the next day and there is nothing on the app it’s just a blank page. It looks like I will be jumping out PM soon. It has been 1 day since i jump on PM they stil haven’t sort the problem and now there are no CS rep to help. Honestly saying stay wayyy clear of PM. Needless to say leaving them ASAP!
Doesn’t work!!!!
This app is a garbage. When you try to login, it takes you to a blank webpage that will not load!!! It happens on my phone and my sons phone. I just paid for a subscription for his phone and CANNOT COMPLETE the service activation because they only allow you to do it through the app and the app DOESN’T FREAKING WORK!!!! I am beyond frustrated! I’ve now wasted 2 days trying to get this solved and can’t even get in touch with an agent that can help!!!! 😫😡🤬
