Calls are ridiculously quiet

Come on Telus if I was 20 years older I wouldn’t be able to hear a thing.

Does not Pick up

Whenever someone calls, I pick up with my IPhone 12 Pro
It picks up the call and I cannot hear nothing nor can my customer hear me
After 10-15 seconds it kicks in and allows me to talk

Horrible for businesses

I sure hope we don’t lose business as a result

So literally the only reason we have this is because we save more on our cellular bill because we have it than it costs. But that is only real dollars. Methinks we are actually losing opportunity dollars.

The phone rings maybe twice.., not enough time to answer. God knows how we get messages. Support sucks. And nobody responds to emails. The application doesn’t match the manual. And the app does do what we were told it would.
