Major confidence boost!

I downloaded this app because I wanted something to help me stick with the decision. I respond well to tracking progress, but I don’t want to log in every calorie I eat, or step on a scale everyday to help gauge my food decisions.

I went through a quite a few lessons the first night I had the app and that was enough to convince me I was doing the right thing for my body. I was worried about feeling hungry and that I was depriving myself of something - the same way I’ve felt trying to reduce carbs - but the app gave me good suggestions about how to transition using baby steps. I ended up being okay taking bigger leaps, and I think was partly due to the reassurance I got from the lessons in the app. (And the recipes they link to aren’t gross, aren’t expensive to prepare, and don’t have impossible-to-find ingredients.)
