Not a sore loser
This used to be my go to app for MTG. I even recommended it to pretty much everyone I know that plays MTG. You were able to put your whole collection into it without limits, build decks without limits, and look up cardsWith this new version, the developer took away the ability to input your collection and build decks without paying their subscription fee. So they are saying in order for you to just have a record of your cards in your collection and decks updated you have to pay every month, even if you take a break from the game. I probably would have been ok with that if the subscription fee was low, like a few bucks a year. The only thing this app is good for now is to look up a card here or there if you don’t have a subscription. Unfortunately if this doesn’t hold any collection or deck information then it would just be better to get another app which has those abilities without a subscription model rather than using multiple apps for multiple functions. It really is a disappointment that they decided to do this.

Join our Discord at https://discord.gg/NvesWPx9gf to find out more about why this difficult decision was made and to join the discussion about how I’m planning to move the app forward.TJ, the original developer for Decked Builder, decided to step away from maintaining the app a while ago, and the old app was nearly going to be abandoned.I had come on board near the end of the previous app’s life to help modernize the database and make some minor improvements to the app’s features. As a longtime fan myself, I was then given the opportunity to take it over and keep it alive.The revenue from the original app and its add-ons was not made available to me in a financially sustainable way, so the tough decision was made to start things over. I hope you’ll give Decked Builder Remastered a try and follow along as I add features that have been missing from the app for the past few years.
