Push notifications not working.
Thanks to Yvonne M, we had my issue of the push notifications not working within 10 minutes. Every time I have contacted support, I have talked with friendly and knowledgeable people. I’m very happy with my defender 4K system!

Your latest update has made the app frustrating!
Please go back to the way it was! The functions are dismal and not user friendly. Don’t appreciate force unwelcome popups

Favourite View not working
Easy to add favourite views but cannot alter or delete. Reported the problem a couple of months ago but no update.

Hello Genelai, To delete favorites from the 24/7 App please follow these steps, open the app, and tap Defender 24-7 in the bottom left. Press and hold on to the favorite you wish to delete. This will open a new page, scroll to the bottom and select delete. Please reach out to our team if you have any questions, we are happy to help.
