The dyson air purifier TP04 is by far the best! I live with chemical sensitivities, cigarette smoke to name one, and this dyson has made my life so much more enjoyable. It clears the air of smoke from nearby neighbours. I have owned different brands of air purifier, and none helped me before. Thanks Dyson!

Needs HomeKit support

I love my Dyson but it’s not being fully tapped into by not having HomeKit support. It works with Google and Alexa but not Apple’s smart home ecosystem. Why? Siri Shortcuts is just a bandaid solution. HomeKit has support for fans, Dyson just needs to add it in. Update: I noticed that Dyson support has answered most reviews, but refuses to address this issue I bring up here. If you want Apple users to buy your products, you have to support HomeKit like you support Google and Alexa. Reduced rating to 1 star until this is addressed.
The worst pairing process out of any product I’ve ever used.

Trying to set up my air purifier using this app was a nightmare. So much so that I just gave up. It never successfully worked, despite spending hours trying to get it to. The pairing process is unnecessarily convoluted. I have to wait for the first menu to error out because my device isn't listed, then I have to select "air purifier," scan the serial number on the bottom of it, and wait for the previous menu to fail again. I then have to go through a bunch of prompts, enter my Wi-Fi password, and hold the button on the front of it for five seconds. Next, I have to go to settings and connect to its Wi-Fi, wait for it to go through the pairing menu, and then it will say it couldn't scan the serial number. So, I have to re-pick it up and awkwardly hold it, wait for a second, and it will just give me a generic "couldn't add machine" error. This kicks me out, and I have to restart the entire process again. This is absolutely unacceptable for a machine that cost $600+.

Hi, thanks for leaving us a review. Sorry to hear you've had issues connecting. A couple of factors can contribute to this. Product location compared to the router and/or loss of connection to the Dyson Cloud. Please unplug your product from the power supply and try moving it to another location, wait 10 minutes before plugging it back in. This should help to re-establish the connection. Needs Siri support

Add ability to use Siri to turn on Air Purifier. Or at the very least enable Shortcuts App support, so that users can manually create Siri command to turn on/off Dyson Air Purifier.
