Ratings and Reviews
Average at best
Very slow connection to partners such as Flo, poor usage of notifications and error messages, no prompt to refill your wallet, poor directions on where the chargers are, and the list goes on. It is useful, yes, but in true NB Power fashion, the app isn’t what is needed and instead reflects some out of touch direction from the organization.
NB Power branded Flo app
This appears to be a rebranded version of the Flo app, which is fine, but since I'm a current Flo user, I'm reluctant to add funds and order cards to yet another app when I can just use Flo with the 'echarge' network.
Great job with the new fast chargers BTW!

Cette borne rapide ne fonctionne à peu près jamais c’est dommage presque toujours hors service et dans cette région pas beaucoup de borne rapide en plus, quelqu’un devrait y voir surtout c’est la saison touristique et les commentaires des utilisateurs sont plus ou moins élogieux concernant les bornes rapide au nb
