Version 2.1.3
In the last version, we celebrated the positive impact of the EMDR app on therapists and clients around the world, adding two new sections to the Info screen:
• Update History: Explore the app’s evolution through our updates.
• Device Gallery: See how the app is optimized for each supported device.
With this update, we added a 'Transaction History' page that gives you an overview of your transactions. Find it at the bottom of the Subscriptions page, accessible via Tips.

Great App!
I have used the app for a few days. I like it. It is simple and easy to use and some options. It works really well on an iphone and ipad, but it does not work well at all on a Macbook Air, not sure why, and knocking 1 star for that. My favorite combo is side to side visual flashing and the auditory beeps simultaneously. You can have it run for 24 flashes (1 dose) and then do a quick tap if you want more, or keep it running non stop. I like to do 24 flashes, take a deep breath, and then tap screen to run it again. My plan is to use it whenever I am upset/triggered. Thank you for creating it Bas.
Was a 1-time purchase that worked great
Now they’ve disabled some functionality on an app I’ve enjoyed for years and they want a subscription. Nope.

We’re glad that you’ve been enjoying the app for years. However, we never disabled any functionality for any user segment. In fact, as an early customer you should have a great deal as you’re getting all previous features plus all EMDR+ subscription features for free.

Hi there. I believe there's a misunderstanding both in regards to the price and in regards to the value.
With regards to the price - for regular users, the app is just 4,99 per month. The 49,99 per month price is for a professional subscription ("EMDR+ with Connect") that allows therapists to host teletherapy sessions via our own EMDR Connect service - for them, it should be a fair price to pay. I think you missed the regular subscription, so I'll reconsider our subscriptions presentation to prevent this from happening in the future.
With regards to the app value, I don't think you mean what you wrote, but I would nonetheless like you to know that this app has been developed full time over multiple years (and still is). This includes constant iteration on the many included features, therapist interviews, professional practice tests and more, to make it an optimal tool for trauma therapists and their clients. The direction of development is also backed by a full theoretical background in psychology (BSc, MSc) and a team of EMDR therapists.
