Do I have to pay again?

After about one month of trial I found my 2 yr old loves this game, so I purchased the number 1-25 pack, however, when I download the same game from the same account, the pack I purchased doesn’t exist anymore. Does that mean I’ll have to spend another 10 bucks? Then that would be very disappointing. Hope someone can explain this to me.

Developer Response ,

The 1-25 pack still exists. You may have to restore purchases in buy tab of the "More" section. As long as you are logged in to the same App Store account you made the purchase on, this should work. If it doesn't, please contact us at support@originatorkids.com and we'll do our best to help.

Awesome

My kids love this app, my youngest who just turned 2 loves it the most, and it's the only app he wants to play. Sometimes my 2 yr old and 5 yr old fight over playing it, but my 7 yr old and 9 yr old like it too :)

Pay-to-learn sux

I love this game. But why pay to access more numbers? That doesn’t make sense at all! Or at least lower the price. I don’t want to spend 30-ish bucks on the full game!

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your comment. There is a very real cost in developing the highest quality apps that entertain AND have been classroom-proven to provide real educational benefit. We're sorry you feel the cost is too high, but we wouldn't otherwise be able to develop, thoroughly test, and maintain these apps for kids and families.
