**If you’re trying to get from YUL to downtown just use a taxi for a flat rate** App worked to get a ride, and both driver and vehicle were great. But once you request a ride there’s nothing you can do. No way to cancel or communicate with driver unless they contact you. Price displayed also does not include various taxes and fees. I also got a notification from iOS that the app had been tracking my location for 3 days even though I hadn’t used it. Overall a good alternative when Uber is surge pricing but lots of room for improvement.

Keep trying regularly but so far only worked once
The app shows many drivers available but I can’t seem to get past the payment authorization page and so I can never complete a request for a ride. It worked one time , surprisingly the first or second time I tried using it but it seems since then I can’t use it anymore. I thought the app was down for a while but it’s making little sense at this point, any advice? I’ll keep using Uber until I figure it out
