Garbage
I would never recommend this system. It always has errors. Not something you want in your security system. Door drains batteries like crazy. Has locked my kids out of the house because
Of a door lock system error that needs to be decoded from the inside. Two thumbs down
Customer service sucks
We regret moving to this company from the very beginning. The first while was spent with the system constantly malfunctioning and disconnecting from the network and beeping loudly which scared the children. Then I spoke with someone on the phone who was so ridiculously rude I wish her a bad hair day every day for the rest of her miserable life. All we got in compensation for all the garbage they put us through was 2 free months of monitoring. Plus they charge us whenever they want and throw off my books because the charges come out at all different times of the month every once in a while instead of the date we agreed on.
The app is another pot of poop. Half the features never load and the others need constant reboot. It’s just a joke. Can’t wait to be done with our contract.
Oh! And when the alarm has ever been triggered they don’t even call to confirm it wasn’t a burglar or anything. They just assume we’re ok because the correct code was punched in eventually. That’s what they said when we called them about it.
