Payment History
Why are you not showing payment history anymore, I’ve been making extra payments and nothing is coming off my loan, you need to add this because it honestly looks like your ripping people off when they make additional payments.

Hasn’t updated since Oct/23
This app hasn’t updated my accounts or balances since October 2023, which is nearly 6 months ago. Customer service also never answers emails so not sure why it’s offered in the app.
