• Check whether a health service or item is covered under your plan, and how much will be covered.
• Show your digital ID card (this is also your travel card if you have travel benefits) without logging into the app.
• Easy access to GSC offerings like our digital clinic, and Change4Life—GSC’s interactive health management portal that supports and encourages you to get and stay healthy.
• Search your claims history and get the real time status of recently submitted claims as well as details of previously processed claims.
• See instantly if you have alerts for any outstanding claim audits.
• View your Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) and Personal Spending Account (PSA)* balances, and set up auto-coordination of claims with your HCSA (meaning you only need to submit your claim once).

Useless!

I’ve had this app on my phone over a year, and not once have I been able to submit a claim through it! When I hit the Submit Claim link, we it asks me to select a claim type but the page is blank/white; no options are ever presented to me! I’ve got the latest OS on my phone, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app; Green Shield - a little help here!? Ugh!!

Won’t even open

For this release and the last, I’ve tried to open the app only to see the splash screen appear and then promptly disappear. The app never opens and is a waste of space on my device. Fix the freaking app. It is useless.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have released a new version that fixes this issue.

doesn’t work most of the time

it’s a pretty terrible app. i’m on the latest version and half the time the face id and the regular password method fail. when submitting a claim it takes forever to send then just logs me out and doesn’t send. happens 90% of the time and it ends up taking a long long time to submit a single claim. when it does work, it’s decent but they need to fix a lot for sure.
