The fresh, intuitive design gives you access to your Manulife benefits and retirement plans quickly and easily while on the go. For even easier access you can use Apple Touch ID® and Face ID®.

As a Group Benefits plan member, you can:

• submit your claims
• review recent claims and payment information
• see your benefit balances
• access your benefits card and load it to your Apple wallet
• find health care providers in your area with directions on how to get there
• search for a drug and find the lowest cost alternative

As a Group Retirement and VIP Room plan member, you can:

• check your savings totals and plan details
• review your recent activity
• view all contributions made to your plan
• see your rates of return

Rest assured your personal data is always kept confidential and encrypted. You’ll need valid sign in information to use the app. Register directly from the app or at https://manulife.ca.

Not a very good site.

This is a terrible site. My information keeps getting lost and I have to re enter it all over and over again. Half of the time, I can’t log onto the site. Everything keeps changing. A very inconsistent site.

Issue with app, but no action by Manulife

I’ve reported issues with the app many times, however when I report the problem, they say there is no issue. The Retirement side works, however I keep get this message for the Health side:
“Sorry, something went wrong, try again later”
This issue has been occurring since July 2019.
I’ve deleted and restated the app, but still doesn’t work.

The app doesn’t work..

1. Benefits cards doesn’t show up, just a blank screen
2. Drug plan search bar doesn’t work... just says the drug is not found.
3. Available balances are not accurate.. they do not refresh.
4. Every so often the whole app doesn’t work. Ie. can’t log in and see anything, only detail provided is “something went wrong, check back later”..

PLEASE FIX THE APP AND MAIN WEBSITE..
