J’ai essayé l’application dans le temps où Téo en était à sa première version (avant la faillite), et j’avais trouvé le service très inconsistant. J’avais tenté à quatre reprises (au moins) de commander un taxi, et soit le temps d’attente indiqué était de 45mins (pour une course hors de l’heure de pointe partant du plateau...), soit il y avait des problèmes du genre prévoir le 45mins d’attente parce que je veux encourager la compagnie et le concept, attendre le temps requis et voir sur le tracking que le chauffeur change de direction à 5 mins de l’arrivée et annule la course... bref : expériences frustrantes. RIEN à voir avec l’expérience actuelle! Arrivée ultra rapide, application fiable, service pendant la course toujours nickel...je suis contente de pouvoir encourager l’entreprise à nouveau! J’espère qu’ils vont éventuellement réintégrer les véhicules électriques, ça serait parfait!Je vous encourage à réessayer si vous avez eu des soucis dans le passé!
