Very bad customer service. I am not able to access my account since 20 hours and no reply from customer service and they don’t have phone number. We need to raise a ticket. The access code sent to my mobile number says invalid. How the hell should I access my account./Updating the review after2 days again/Still no reply from customer service. I got access to my account and sold everything because of my fear with this newton. I made a interac withdrawal which says 5-30 minutes. It’s been more than 24 hours I didn’t receive my interac amount 10k.Again logged out from my account and the phone pass code 2FA is not working. Again I raised a ticket from customer service and no response.Even an order of a 15$ food or 10$ online shopping also has a better customer service. Why this newton doesn’t have a proper customer service. How can I trust this newton with my money of 1000’s of dollars.This is completely a trust issue for the customer on the product. I was holding my life savings in this crypto account. Just imagine how much stress I have gone through past 3-4days because of this newton. Seriously guys avoid this Newton./Updating after 8 days/Still I didn’t receive the interac withdrawal money. I don’t know what’s going on and the transaction itself is missing from my account history now. It’s not a small amount it’s 10k missing. And I need to have patience for their reply. Please don’t fall for this app and other newton generated reviews. This app will only work when the market is bearish. They will allow as much money as you want to transfer and when the market is up, they will start upgrading the system and pause all trading. So there is no way you will make a profit in this app. Again big scam. Don’t go for it
