There seems to be a lack of website and support. Volume over Bluetooth seems inadequate.

I must be getting old 😂

I just came back from a hours ride, 50 plus miles and when I tried to review my route it seems as if it hadn’t been recorded. I pressed all the icons before I started so must have done something wrong. Will do the route again another time. Always another day. 😀. Ride safe and ATGATT. 🏍️✌️🙏☯️…just an add on to this last review.. I remembered to press all the right icons on today’s ride. Another 50 or so miles just to clear the cobwebs. I like reviewing my route once I get home. I live on Vancouver Island and have about 5 rides I take. Today I added a few more turns. Ride safe and ATGATT. ✌️🙏☯️🍁

Tried it for the free 7 day trial, but classic they don’t advise you that the trial is about to finish so they charged me the premium, but I’m from Canada and don’t need for the year so wrote to cancel OR at least bring it down the monthly subscription…but flatline all along the way and no way to get an answer…and for the short time I tried it, was not up to what expected and needed…

Hi Liam, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. All trials are managed by the App Store/Google Play, including renewal notifications and charges. Please email us at support@detecht.se so we can help check your case and assist further. // The Detecht Team
We are constantly making changes and improvements to Detecht. Make sure you enable updates so you do not miss anything.
New in this version:
• Turn-by-turn voice prompts sound better, with a more natural English voice and better-balanced volume
• A cleaner Friends tab, with one search for every rider on Detecht
• On CarPlay, get notifications for your next turn and hazard warnings while you use another app, like Music
• Scroll back through all your notification activities, not just the latest 25
• Pausing a ride is always your call: the buttons stay put when auto-pause kicks in at a light
We also fixed a handful of bugs and made the app more stable.
