Overall I am very satisfied with the Journie Rewards program. However, with the latest update, I am now required to enter a cell phone in order to access my account. There is no way to bypass this new requirement and you cannot use another person’s cell phone number because it must be a unique phone number. I do not have a cell phone so now I cannot log into my Journie rewards. This is completely unacceptable and not customer friendly. You should give us the choice. I suggest adding the ability for a landline phone number to be added or email address for verification purposes. Very disappointing change, please fix asap!

Great app but you would figure in this day and age apps like this would automatically create an Apple wallet option to make life easier. Upgrades by 1 star if that ever happens.

Since updating (which I was forced to do) I can no longer access the App, it closes within a second of my opening it. Very frustrated as I cannot see my rewards, choose them, check my points balance etc. Makes the program almost useless.

This app is useless

I’ve been using Journie rewards for almost 2 years now and even though it was never great, the most recent update renders this app completely pointless. The rewards have always been minimal but at least it was something, like 2/3 cents off a litre or a free candy or chocolate bar after every 75 points and then at 225 it was 7 cents off a liter for the best reward and I used to collect them all and use it all at once for almost 15 cents off a liter. Now since the update the smaller rewards are stupid, like 2$ off a candy bar with the best prize remaining at 7 cents off a liter now at 300 points instead of 225 and the amount of points u get is less and the amount it takes for the rewards is more, it costs me 100$ to fill up right now and that gets me 50 points. Which means it costs me 600 hundred dollars for 7 cents off a liter, what’s even the point anymore? On top of all that your rewards expire so u can’t save them for long so by the time u get the best prize the other ones will have expired, this app genuinely has no purpose anymore and will just take up space on your phone.(also this app lets you view your total savings and over almost 2 full years I have saved ONLY 31.41$ lol)
