This is an informational tool was created by the Province of British Columbia to aid in the identification of Coastal Northern Goshawk. This application contains photos and descriptions of this species at risk, its habitat as well as similar species that may be encountered in coastal forests. It is intended that this application will be used by those spending time in mature and old forests in BC. There is also information on how to report any suspected Goshawk sightings.
