Service Connect - Connect directly with your preferred dealer and keep track of your vehicle’s health
Drive Connect – Map your route using Cloud navigation, Live agent support via Destination Assist and Voice commands like, “Hey Lexus. Take me home” will help you get where you want to be
Safety Connect - 24/7 assistance button in the app or the SOS button inside your Lexus vehicle allows you to connect with Roadside Assistance
Owner Resources – Access your vehicle’s owner’s manual directly through your phone

(1) Lexus Connected Services vary by vehicle and are subject to change at any time without notice. Services depend on compatible wireless network providers, a cellular connection and GPS signal. Without anyone or more of these things, operability may be limited or precluded, including access to response center and emergency support. Further, if and when the compatible wireless network changes or is discontinued, or the underlying technology required to support service becomes obsolete, then the Lexus Connected Services will not work, and Toyota will need to discontinue impacted services. My dealer could not get a second profile hooked up both iPhones. I have tried 10 different actions all to no avail. So frustrating after spending $90k! Documentation is slim to none. I will spend countless more hours deleting and reimplementing to get this to work. Agh. Yes it will work in the end but a Lexus should be a seamless user experience. Needs much more QA time mr Lexus.
