The implementation of this software at our workplace caused 2 GMs of 25+ years to leave in succession due to how inefficient this system has been. The promise of flexibility has not been fulfilled. Several key functions that are required for our work cannot be properly incorporated due to the nature of the software. Changes for one company will affect the entire network, so implementation and improvement is slow. Submenus are not the future, what could be displayed on a single screen now requires navigating through several menus and often times backtracking to find what you’re looking for. Our feedback about these issues is often countered with advice to use the PC version of this software which is not as easily accessible for field workers. Updates to the mobile version are slow and are often “1 step forward, 2 steps back”. After 2 years of using this software full time, I can confidently say OnTraccr does not deliver on its promises of efficiency and productivity increases.

The app crashes constantly and is slow to respond. It can take 20 minutes to fill out a time card. Please focus on fixing the bugs. If this app worked properly it would be excellent as is
