Connect with Summit Health through secure virtual care chat and manage your care from your iPhone. Your patient portal brings virtual care, clinic appointments and Summit’s travel-health services together.
Start a virtual care conversation
Describe your concern, answer the care questions, and review the service information and fees before continuing. Your care team reviews your request and replies during operating hours. Continue the conversation in the app and share photos or documents when requested.
Keep your care together
• Read your current and completed care conversations.
• Choose a pharmacy when requested and access documents shared by your care team.
• Book an offered follow-up or an available clinic appointment.
• View appointment details and manage eligible bookings.
• Complete your care questionnaires.
• View invoices and receipts, and pay eligible care fees directly in the app.
• Stay signed in on your device, with optional Face ID or Touch ID.
• Update your contact details and account preferences.
Available in English and French. Virtual chat is for eligible adults aged 18 and older requesting care for themselves. Available services depend on your location, patient account and clinical eligibility. Prescriptions, referrals and medical notes depend on a clinician’s assessment and are not guaranteed. Your care team may recommend in-person care.
Virtual care is not an emergency service. Messages are not monitored continuously, and an immediate response is not guaranteed. For a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
