AeroPads aren't your typical pads. Most pads out there are really boring or insanely obnoxious. However, AeroPads features thoughtfully crafted soundscapes that are meticulously fine-tuned with the perfect amount of harmonic and textural movement. Simply put, AeroPads won't step on the toes of your arrangement or get on the nerves of your sound guy (like most other pads out there).

How to Use:
01. Cue a pad that matches the key of your musical arrangement.
02. Play overtop of the accompanying pads and soundcapes.
03. Enjoy the boost of audience engagement, musician confidence, and creative inspiration.
Pads and soundscapes are intended as a subtle accompaniment to musical arrangements/performances. They are designed to be cued according to the key of the arrangement. Once cued, you'll hear a droning pad centered around the root note with additional harmonic textures within the selected key. The only time a pad's key should change within a song is in the instance of a key change. For best results, mix AeroPads appropriately within the overall mix. When mixed too loud, AeroPads may compete with melodies and the arrangement. When mixed too quietly, AeroPads may be less effective. When mixed appropriately, they will sound awesome.
Pads stop showing selected note when changing from major to minor. This makes it hard to stop the sound when you don't want it anymore if you forget what note it is. Also, the option to switch sharps to flats on the note names would be super.

These pads are so worthwhile to have. I was ready to pay for the filled, but purchase price of the app includes the 5 Atmosphere pads. I went back the next day and bought the rest of them.

Good App, but…
Little-Drummer-Boy
I like the sounds included in the app, but wish you didn’t have to assign a slot for a sound just to hear it. Like, why can’t I just play it to hear what it sounds like to decide if I want it in my three sounds? That is my only complaint so far.

This app sounds amazing, on its own. Definitely more intricate and interesting than other pad apps. BUT!!! HOWEVER!!! These sounds cannot be triggered via AUv3 or even the older IAA protocol. In other words, as a stand alone they sound great. But they are useless in any other app.Only buy this if you want to use it entirely as a standalone, not to be utilized or integrated into anything.Such limited functionality is a critical oversight. Such a pity, since they sound so great.Will continue to use AutoPad instead. It plays well with other apps.When AeroPads meets this basic functionality, I’ll switch in a heartbeat. Until then, I’m better served by AutoPad. Pity.
