Been using fudget since I think 2018? I did forget about it for some time, but it's the main tool that has helped me be more financially literate. I know where my money is going and I know how much is coming in. Helps me plan ahead for bills/purchases and helps me ensure I have enough cushion for unexpected spending as well. If you're just starting out with being mindful about your finances, you *neeeeed* this app

Uncomfortable with creating an account

Fudget 1 was the perfect basic budget app that I happily paid for the Pro version. I would have happily paid another $5-10 for an updated version but I won’t be subscribing or creating an account. The privacy policy is awful, the app should never have access to any financial information tied to email or IP address. Ridiculous stuff - pretty disappointed, and will be looking elsewhere.

This article answers many questions, including why an account is necessary:fudget.com/fudget1Regarding the "financial information tied to email address" this is only referring to the financial data which you add to the app yourself (in your budgets) and referring to the email address that you use to create (and log in) to your account. No other financial information is accessed or used. Hi trhuvctmat. Thanks for your review. Fudget can still be used for free with up to 5 budgets and 250 entries. What you can do is just delete your oldest budget, whenever you need to make room for a new one. Cheers, Danny 👍

I was an early supporter of the ORIGINAL app, was an awesome tool to use for a ONE TIME PURCHASE. But greed conquers all with the ‘subscription model’ for literally every app, even a budgeting app. Pathetic. So they stopped supporting the OG app and forced everyone here.
