Unable to update account profile. Cannot get receipts

I called and asked them to change my email so I could get a receipt. They sent a receipt with no identifying information on it such as what it was for or which hotel and they sent it to my email I asked them to update but they never updated the email. The settings button on the app should allow users to change emails or contact info.
