Don’t use this company. We took a short trip with a driver because we were carrying fragile goods, a newly purchased mirror in particular. When we tried to bring the mirror into the back seat with us, the driver said no and took it out of our hands to place it in the trunk. He proceeded to crush the mirror into the trunk, resulting in the mirror shattering. He didn’t do anything about it, just said sorry and went on his way so I complained to the company. The response was that the driver said he didn’t break the mirror and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Awful customer service, no integrity with their drivers. Don’t use this app, there are other vehicle services available.
