Wherever you go, GasBuddy® helps you fuel up for less. With over 100 million downloads and 25 years of saving North American drivers more at the pump, the GasBuddy app is a trusted source for budget-minded travelers, helping you save the most on every fill-up.
Find the Best Gas Prices at Any Station
Our community is powered by drivers like you! We rely on GasBuddies to find and report gas prices. Search for any type of fuel and sort by price, location, or amenities, like restrooms, restaurants, and more. When you report a price or review a station, you help other drivers find the best places to fuel up. That makes planning road trips and sticking to a budget much easier.
Activate a Deal Alert before filling up to save even more at the pump!
Before every fill-up, go to the Find Gas tab, look for stations with a Deal Alert banner, and tap to activate the additional pump savings.
Additional App Features
The app also helps you track your fuel usage and stay up to date on important vehicle recalls for added safety. You can also map road trips to view gas prices along your route.
**We Give Away $100 in Gas Every Day!**
Report gas prices in the app to earn Credits. Use Credits to enter our daily prize drawing for a $100 in Gas.
GasBuddy uses gas price information provided by our users to bring drivers together to support the common goal of saving money on gas. Gas prices only for USA & Canada. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of the prize draw.
GasBuddy is invaluable in Québec, where gas prices fluctuate frequently, and prices can shoot up 10 cents/L or more over night. But as someone who tries to control his data usage, GasBuddy is a beast. In less than a week since my billing cycle started, the app has consumed over 20MB of data while only being active for a total of about 3 minutes. How much actual data does an app need to use updating price data? Especially since the prices only seem to refresh when the app is in the foreground. I can only guess that the app must be actively uploading my location data in the background. If this is the case, I'll be deleting the app from my iPhone.
Add new feature - Out of Gas button
robyyzz
So after the snowstorm of January 2019, 40% of Ontario Canada are out of gas, so a new button should be available to notify us that the gas station is out. Thx
Great app but....

Wish there was the option to add an alert for when gas prices or a specific gas station drops to a certain amount (that you can choose). For example, if I wanted to know when gas price drops below 99.9/L, I’d receive an alert or something. Also wish they had an option to input hours of operation for gas stations.
Continued bug fixes and performance improvements.
