I was directed to this app from a google result for a local (Canada) restaurant. A page opened up with the restaurant’s location and menu, and said that orders can only be made through the app. However, the first image on the app download page says “india’s number one food delivery app”, which was incredibly suspicious. Upon further investigation, the restaurant’s Facebook page has a post stating that they do not take orders anywhere online. Use this app at your own risk.

Worst customer service from any delivery service. I ordered food couple of time via Zomato and they call me later telling me the resold “closed” and hold your funds or the money you spent after days of the original order. I will avoid anyone ordering from this app. They don’t have 24/7 telephone line for any situations just computer automated responses in the messaging system. All in all do not use this.
