I almost saved myself from a fraud. I was new in the platform and this person had another face while talking to me. It came to marriage My daughter did the research to find out that this person was using the face in pictures and live call of a Russian person.

I purchased the ViP subscription and let me tell u guys do not get fooled with those promises about sending you hand picked profiles every day . No one will reach out to you unless you do to them. Any random profile will be sent to you just to show that they are working. On top of that it will be non refundable even though no one will mention that while convincing you to buy it. Worse $600-$700 you can ever spend on. I have done this mistake i felt this obligation to warn you about all this as they wouldn’t be

I started as a free member on Shaadi, but the app barely lets you do anything without paying — you're forced to upgrade just to view or contact matches. So I became a premium member hoping for better results.Near the end of my premium plan, I was aggressively approached by customer service to upgrade to an even more expensive plan called "Shaadi Select," with promises of personalized matchmaking and one-on-one support.Unfortunately, the core app felt more like a funnel to push expensive services rather than gentinely help users find a match. It's disappointing when a platform focused on something as serious as marriage prioritizes aggressive sales over real support.
