Since last week update, I cant seem to receive txt messages for OTP. Beta version Ios17 using Canada providers (+1) country code

Terrible app if you’re outside the Philippines. To send money, you have to be verified. To be verified, you have to present a photo ID, take a selfie for verification purposes, and fill out a form. Here’s the problem: I’m in Canada with a Globe SIM card in my phone. Their form does not allow me to enter a postal code, like A1B 2C3, even if I select Canada as a place of residence. It will only accept four digits, which I tried entering 0000. I figured the clerk who will approve this would be smart enough to find my postal code on my drivers license. I guess I was expecting too much. It also asks for a region which is not applicable to Canadian addresses. They promise to verify you in 24 hours. It took them five days to tell me that it was declined. Reason? Blurry image of my Drivers License (I can assure you that I made it a point to send a very clear photo of my DL. So now, I can only buy prepaid load for myself or for someone else. That’s it. I received money from a friend and it’s stuck in there. I cannot send money to anyone else because I’m not verified. This is a poorly designed application where the application form does not conform to Canadian residents, even if Canada was offered as a place of residence. I regret having my friend send me money there. Like really, how much load will I have to buy to use it all up?
